How long will my hat take to arrive?

Orders ship from Seattle, Washington within 1-2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3-5 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking link the moment your hat leaves the building.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Any U.S. order over $75 ships free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you're elsewhere, email hello@happythaihats.com and we'll see what we can do.

What if I don't love my hat?

You have 60 days to decide. If it doesn't make you smile, send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. See our Return Policy for details.

Will my hat look exactly like the photo?

Close, but not identical. Every hat is hand-stitched from whatever brilliant ribbon lot is on the table that day, so yours will be a one-of-a-kind cousin of the photo, not a factory clone.

What size should I order?

One Size fits most adult heads comfortably. If you're on the larger side, grab Big Head Club instead. Full measurements are on each product page under Fit & Sizing.

How do I care for my hat?

Spot clean only, and keep it out of the rain if you can. Store it upright, or stuff the crown with tissue paper to help it hold its shape between adventures.

Can I order 10+ for a group or event?

Yes! Email crew@happythaihats.com and we'll set you up with bulk pricing for bachelor parties, festivals, weddings, and crews of any kind.
